By accessing or using GorgeGuide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. GorgeGuide is operated by Epic AI and provides AI-powered trip planning services for the Royal Gorge region of Colorado.

Use of the Service

GorgeGuide provides AI-generated trip planning suggestions for informational purposes. All activity bookings, prices, and availability are subject to confirmation directly with activity providers. GorgeGuide does not guarantee availability or accuracy of third-party information.

Guide Pass Subscription

Guide Pass subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI concierge provides suggestions based on available information about the Royal Gorge region. AI responses are suggestions only and may not reflect current conditions, pricing, or availability. Always verify details directly with activity providers before booking.

Limitation of Liability

GorgeGuide is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
